This policy explains what personal information we collect when you register for our free live webinar, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you register we ask for your name, email address and phone number, and a few optional answers about your goals so the session and follow-up emails are relevant to you.
We also record basic technical information such as the page you registered from and anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To confirm your seat, send joining links, reminders and follow-up emails about the webinar and related sessions, and — where you have shared a phone number — to send reminder calls or messages about the session you registered for.
We do not sell your information or share it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the website, store registrations, send email, host the live session and place reminder calls. They process your data only on our instructions.
We use advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta pixel to measure how our ads perform. These may use cookies; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
Keeping your data and your rights
We keep registration details only as long as needed for the programme and our records.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your details by writing to us.
