You probably already know what would help. The hard part is real life.
You know many things that could help you feel healthier and better. The problem is making them part of an ordinary, already-full day.
- “I know I should walk…” but somehow the day disappears.
- “I start a routine…” then one difficult week breaks the rhythm.
- “I want time for myself…” but everyone else seems to need something first.
- “I will start tomorrow…” and tomorrow quietly becomes next Monday.
- “I know enough…” but information is not turning into implementation.
- “By the end of the day…” there is no energy left for me.
If this sounds familiar, this webinar was created for you. Maybe you do not lack discipline. Maybe you need a better way to begin, continue and return.
The 3 shifts that move you from knowing to doing
Three honest shifts that explain why previous attempts faded — and what makes the next one different.
The knowing-to-doing gap
Most of us believe we simply need more information.
Understand why awareness and advice do not automatically produce action. Stop asking only, “What should I do?” and start asking, “How will this fit my real life?”
The small daily practices method
Most of us believe the plan has to be impressive to count.
Learn how to reduce a healthy intention into an action that feels doable even on busy days. Make the first version easy enough to begin, not impressive enough to post about.
The return principle
Most of us believe a missed day means we have failed again.
Learn why missed days do not have to become abandoned habits. The first sign of consistency is not perfection. It is returning.
The next live session is open for registration
Free to attend. English. 75 minutes. Come with one habit you keep starting and stopping.
Three steps, and none of them ask you to overhaul your life
Consistency is not perfection. Consistency is learning how to come back.
Choose
Choose what genuinely matters to your health and wellbeing right now. Do not try to change your entire life in one Monday morning.
Make it small
Turn that intention into a practice small enough to fit your actual day. A short practice you repeat is more useful than an impressive plan you postpone.
Practise + return
Practise it. Miss a day? Forgive. Return. Repeat.
What will change in 75 minutes?
By the end of this webinar, you will understand:
Why knowing is not enough
Why knowing what is good for you still does not create action, and why motivation is too unreliable to build your routine around.
Why your plans were too big
Why your previous plans may simply have been too big for your real life — and how to choose one meaningful practice instead of changing everything.
How to make it small enough to begin
How to shrink a practice until starting is easy, and how to give it a realistic place in your day.
How to return after a missed day
How to come back without turning a missed day into a story of failure, and why support and accountability make implementation easier.
For the woman who keeps saying, “I know… but I'm not doing it.”
Written for women 35+ managing many responsibilities who keep putting their own wellbeing at the bottom of the list.
You should attend if…
- You genuinely want to take better care of yourself.
- You are tired of repeatedly starting over.
- You are willing to begin with something small.
- You want practical guidance rather than another complicated plan.
- You are open to gentle accountability.
- You want to understand why consistency has felt difficult.
- You are willing to practise rather than only consume information.
This may not be for you if…
- You want a quick fix or guaranteed transformation.
- You want only more health information without implementation.
- You expect someone else to create change for you.
- You want a rigid, extreme fitness challenge.
- You are seeking medical diagnosis or treatment.
- You are unwilling to make even a small amount of space for yourself.
The problem may not be you. It may be the way you were trying.
You may not need more motivation. You may need a method that fits your real life.

I did not begin because I was naturally disciplined
Roshani Dodhia — Healthy Habits & Consistency Coach, Smiling Souls with Roshani
I am Roshani Dodhia, a Chartered Accountant and former corporate professional. For many years, life was largely about work, responsibilities and routine.
In 2021, severe back pain, a disc bulge and disc herniation forced me to stop and pay attention to something I had taken for granted for years: my own health. I began practising yoga in May 2022, and one of my teachers told me, “You are a true yoga teacher only when you do your own yoga sadhana.” That sentence stayed with me, and I started showing up every day.
What began as yoga slowly taught me something much bigger: real change rarely comes from one dramatic decision. It comes from small choices repeated consistently. As people around me noticed, they began telling me, “I know what I should do, but I cannot start,” and “I need someone to walk with me.” That became the foundation of Smiling Souls with Roshani.
Today, my work is about helping people bridge that same gap between knowing and doing — not through pressure or guilt, but through small daily practices, gentle discipline, live support and walking the journey together.
Do not wait until your body or life forces you to begin taking care of yourself.
